The Planning Commission on Oct. 22 granted a continuance for the hearing on 1514 Rigsby Avenue to the Nov. 19 Planning Commission meeting at the applicant's request.

The clerk read the request and the chair asked whether the applicant wished to speak; no one from the applicant was present. Commissioner Proppitt moved to approve the continuance and Commissioner Milam seconded. The roll call vote was unanimous in favor and the motion carried.

No substantive discussion or new materials were presented at the hearing; the item was continued to the Nov. 19 meeting as requested by the applicant.
