She said auditors found the financial activity, including pass-throughs to GRTC and work related to Interstate 64, to be materially correct.
Committee members praised interjurisdictional cooperation across nine jurisdictions and CVTA staff administration. The committee voted by roll call to recommend the audit report to the full authority for acceptance.
Next steps: the finance committee will forward the audit and financial statements, as presented, to the full Central Virginia Transportation Authority for formal acceptance at the full authority meeting.
