"Staff recommends that the City Council conduct the public hearing and introduce and subsequently adopt ordinance amending Title 8," Fraustalupo said during the staff presentation.
The ordinance carries a state-mandated timetable: the 2025 Title 24 updates take effect Jan. 1, 2026, and staff noted they are removing a duplicative Section 11 that had been adopted previously alongside…
