Valley County commissioners voted unanimously Oct. 22 to approve the final plat for Saddle Rock Subdivision Phase 3, a continuation of a multi-phase residential development that will use existing access points and private roads.
The vote authorized the chairman to sign the final plat and acknowledged that sanitary restrictions, the Wildland Urban Interface Fire Protection Plan and the owner's declarations of private roads, covenants, conditions and restrictions and servitudes are satisfied. Commissioners also validated 43 Acre Road and Skyhorse Drive as private roads to be listed on the official road name list and maps.
