A staff summary of the Ben Lomond submission said the developer had addressed prior red‑line comments from the city engineer and had submitted updated plats and a landscape plan for Phase 2B. Brandon Green of Flagship Homes told commissioners the development would include interior lots in the 4,000–5,000 square‑foot range and larger lots along existing homes averaging roughly 14,700 square feet.
