Staff said it would prepare a marked‑up bylaws draft incorporating the commission’s direction and return it for formal consideration at the next meeting. The chair clarified that tonight’s discussion was direction to staff only; no final bylaw changes were adopted.
The commission also requested improved administrative records — an attendance spreadsheet provided to the chair at each meeting and an updated roster of commissioners to be maintained by staff.
