Consultants present Hall Park site analysis, outline park amenity options and constraints

Architects Design Group and Friese and Nichols presented a site analysis and programming overview for Hall Park, the City of Plano property at 1329 West Park Boulevard, describing existing site conditions, opportunities for new park amenities and the physical constraints that will shape future design.

In the presentation, the consulting team described the property as an open pasture bordered on the north by a tree-lined drainage channel that feeds Spring Creek and adjacent to the Chisholm Trail near the northeast corner.
