The council approved the ordinance by roll call vote; Vice President Zarlingo, Council members Bader, Ryan, Voguely, Tuohy and President Schwab voted yes.
The council then awarded the construction contract for the Ladder Phase of Eclipse Mill Park to Strider Construction Company in the amount of $3,634,393. That contract award passed on the same roll call: Zarlingo, Bader, Ryan, Voguely, Tuohy and Schwab recorded yes votes.
Clerks identified the funding source for the project as Fund 308, program 083, to accumulate construction costs for the project. The item was presented and approved during the council’s consent and action sequence; no substantive opposition or amendments were recorded on the council floor.
