Everett officials briefed on draft 2025–2029 consolidated plan; council to consider HUD grant May 28

Kimber Landry, the city’s community development manager, briefed the Everett City Council on May 14 on the draft 2025–2029 consolidated plan and the 2025 annual action plan that will guide allocation of HUD entitlement funds and related local housing resources. The council was told the item will return as an action item on the May 28 agenda, when the council could adopt the plan and authorize the mayor to execute the 2025 HUD grant agreement.
