Patrick said the site has attracted a broad set of prospects and that a large restaurant group will tour the building with its team next week to assess rents and construction numbers. Patrick also noted temporary pickleball play has started in the parking lot and that event users have inquired about using part of the building.
Staff characterized interest as an encouraging spectrum of uses and said the CDA is continuing tenant outreach and discussions; no lease or redevelopment agreement was approved at the meeting.
