Braddock Carnegie reopens; Woodland Hills board approves phase 1 contract for Swissvale library renovation

Board members asked for clarification on payment schedules and grant applicability for later phases. The superintendent and library staff said phase 1 includes the items that must be spent by June 30 to meet grant deadlines and that later phases would require additional grant coordination.
