The boards and district leadership said they would update a previously prepared “apples‑to‑apples” spreadsheet of services the town and district currently exchange, circulate it to the three entities and compile a vendor list for cooperative purchasing. Andrea Berry, chair of the North Yarmouth Select Board, said the meeting is valuable for cross‑jurisdictional coordination: “It is so important for us to have these joint meetings regularly,” Berry said.
