The Greater Chattanooga Realtors’ governmental affairs director delivered April housing data to the commission and announced community‑oriented programs and events.
Josh Bridal said the organization had obtained localized housing data and would distribute it in the coming weeks. He announced the placemaking grant program opening June 1 for $25,000 awards through July 31 and encouraged county leaders to engage with the program. Bridal also reminded commissioners of community events, including a July 10 "Red, White, and Thank You" networking event, and noted local recovery‑court graduation ceremonies and other community partner activities.
Bridal closed by noting his personal connection to local youth sports and congratulating local teams that had advanced to state competitions. He said the Realtors would provide the commission with localized housing statistics compiled by their national association's economist.
