POA vice president reports quorum shortfall, e-bike work and $2.4 million reserve transfer

He also said golf-field lighting conversion projects and new scoreboards have been procured and several small maintenance projects were identified at the equestrian center.
Doherty described the closure of POA offices on Saturdays as a strategic labor-cost decision with extended evening hours to accommodate workers. He also previewed upcoming Fiesta Day activities, including a parade and a two-day event with food and bands.
