At its May 12 meeting, the Newman‑Crows Landing Unified School District Board approved several consent and action items by roll call, including a Sodexo contract extension, qualifications for fully qualified educators for the 2025–26 school year, a master agreement with the Stanislaus County Office of Education and a resolution to terminate a classified employee due to lack of work or funds.
For item 9a, approval of the Sodexo extension contract, a motion was made by Ms. Rudy and seconded; the board voted 4‑0 (Miss Rivas absent). For item 9b, confirming fully qualified educator status for 2025–26, a motion was made by Miss Gonzales, seconded by Mr. Walt, and the vote was recorded 4‑0 with Miss Rivas absent. For item 9c, the master agreement with the Stanislaus County Office of Education, the board voted 4‑0. For item 9d, the board approved Resolution 24‑25 No. 18 terminating a classified employee for lack of work and/or funds; the motion carried 4‑0.
