Council advances code amendment readings and approves special labor counsel engagement

Separately, the council considered Ordinance 2025‑12, engaging Zashin, Enrich Company, LPA, to provide special counsel to Orange Village on labor and employment matters. The administration requested suspension of the rules; the council voted to suspend rules and then to approve the ordinance by roll call.
