The Muskego Common Council approved most items on the May 13 consent agenda, including a certified survey map for Tractor Supply and an intermunicipal agreement with Waukesha County for a public safety answering point (PSAP) backup arrangement.
At the start of the meeting the mayor (meeting chair) read the posted public meeting notices and a motion to approve the consent agenda carried with the exception of Resolution 03-4-2025, which was removed for separate discussion and later considered before the vote.
The council approved a certified survey map for Tractor Supply (Resolution 03-0-2025) and recommended approval of an intermunicipal agreement with Waukesha County concerning PSAP backup (Resolution 03-1-2025). The council also approved a resolution listed as 03-2-2025 on the agenda. A separate resolution to create a deputy treasurer position in the finance and administration department was noted on the agenda but was removed from the consent action for later handling.
The meeting record shows the consent agenda items were approved by voice vote after the motion to approve; no roll-call tally for the consent package was recorded in the transcript excerpt. The council moved on to other business after the package passed.
