Staff said existing reinforcement was exposed in the concrete main and that delaying work would risk further deterioration.
The board moved and approved awarding the contract to Viseu Sewer Inc. by roll call and amended the 2025 capital improvement budget as part of the approval. No specific construction start date was provided, though staff said they preferred to complete the work before the subdivision’s connections proceed.
