Applicant Thomas Sullivan spoke in favor at the public hearing and said the parcel will be used as his residence; Sullivan said he and his family plan to spend summers in the county. Council members asked staff to clarify whether the property has direct access to Bosman Nevitt Road and whether the parcel qualifies for future subdivision; staff confirmed the parcel is under 20 acres and currently has one development right.
Council then closed the public hearing and approved the resolution on roll-call vote: Aye — Callahan, Stepp, Lesher, Milkey and Haight.
