The pay request presented to the committee noted the amount of $194,603.70 and was recommended for approval by the Board of Public Works. A motion to recommend Village Board approval was made, seconded and carried by voice vote during the meeting.
A project staff member told the committee they had just received another change request and expected one additional change request after that, and estimated “1 or 2 more pay request[s]” would follow before the project is complete and closed out. The same speaker said the project is still expected to come in under budget when asked by a committee member.
The committee recorded the recommendation and will forward the pay request to the Village Board for final approval. Staff did not identify a firm schedule for final closeout at this meeting.
