Consultant Jackie (project team) told the commission the update would replace the term "blocks" with "street segments" to reduce confusion and would set a proposed maximum length for residential street segments at 1,000 feet and a proposed minimum length at 350 feet. Nonresidential street segments would carry a proposed maximum of 1,800 feet and a minimum of 600 feet.
