Council also approved vendor payments and purchases under consent, including Big Belly solar trash and recycling units ($11,976), MuniBilling software ($18,014.40), Univar soda ash for sewage treatment ($12,709.50), Eusalco phosphorus removal chemicals ($12,835.20), WatchKeep disaster recovery services ($17,950.26), and an ambulance invoice to Good Fellowship Club of Chester County ($86,763.21). Council recorded these approvals as 3-0.
Council members praised staff work on specifying equipment needs; one councilmember noted that a prior proposal for Big Belly units had included solar features not necessary for every location and thanked staff for finding lower-cost alternatives.
