County staff asked the Henry County Board of Commissioners on May 14 to send comments on the State Road 109 corridor plan to the project consultant within one week.
Cory Murphy said he would email commissioners the consultant's name, Scott Seifker of Taylor Seifker Williams, and asked that comments be returned to the consultant no later than one week from the meeting.
"If you'll send your comments to him, no later than 1 week from today," Murphy said. Commissioners signaled agreement with that procedure during the meeting.
The request was procedural and no formal vote was required; Murphy said he would coordinate the outreach and return when commissioners' comments were collected.
