Commissioner Widom moved to enter nonpublic session “for the dismissal according to RSA 91 dash a colon 3 comma 2 a for dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee for the disciplining this disciplining of such employee or the investigation of any charges against him or her unless the employee affected has a right to a public meeting and to request that the meeting be open, in which case, the request shall be granted,” the motion recited from the transcript.
