Gokenauer said the Planning Commission is scheduled to meet on June 2, 2025, to consider the referral and will return a recommendation to council.
Council moved to refer the zoning change and conditional-use permit application to the Planning Commission; the motion was seconded and approved. The referral does not approve or deny the project; it simply initiates the Planning Commission review process.
