Michelle Lopez of the planning and zoning department presented the proposed changes and described eight high‑level points the revisions address. She said the ordinance adds definitions for "regular permitted" sale hours (8 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.) and "extended permitted" sale hours (8 a.m. to 2 a.m.).
