The motion to raise the credit card limit to $7,500 and to revert it to $2,000 on June 15 passed by recorded voice vote (Tippett, aye; Seaman, aye; Bowles, aye). The board asked staff to provide the bank with the minutes or a signed authorization and to document whether the purchases are covered by grant reimbursement.
