The judge said the pleas were taken according to Maldonado—9s plea bargain and that punishment was capped at 12 months in state jail under the agreement. "In each of these cause number, you you entered a plea of no contest according to your plea bargain," the judge told Maldonado. "In each cause number, the court is gonna find you guilty, sending you to 12 months in the state jail facility." The judge also said the causes would run concurrently and would take into consideration cause number 2024CR1039.
