"I was thinking, I'm looking at the ARP Vermont housing crisis by the numbers report, and I wondered if we should put in here, like, 50% of renters in the area pay greater than 30% of their income on housing," Representative Odey said, arguing for including rent-burden data rather than relying only on vacancy rates.
