District pilots Diligent board agenda platform; public-facing calendar and document library go live

District staff demonstrated a new Diligent board-management platform to trustees and said the district is piloting the system as the public-facing place for agendas, meeting calendars and board documents.

A staff presenter identified as Rachel showed trustees the outward-facing view during the meeting and said community members “can subscribe here” to the calendar and access a document library on the district website. She described features including a document library, links to board policies, a public meeting calendar and the ability to attach documents such as canvases and agendas for public access.
