Council approved the ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute a contract with ROI Technologies; staff characterized the vendor as meeting expectations for monthly consulting and scalable needs. Gunderson said the initial term discussed was three years and that the company’s local presence was an advantage; council noted the contract would exceed the city manager’s spending limit and therefore required council authorization.
