The Morgan County Schools board unanimously approved a package of routine agenda items at its meeting, including a dual-enrollment agreement with Calhoun Community College; 2025 data governance procedures; Title I summer program proposals and stipends; two student data privacy agreements; summer reading and math programs; and 26 personnel items.
The board approved a dual-enrollment/dual-credit agreement with Calhoun Community College and adopted the district—s 2025 data governance procedures as presented. Board members also approved Title I summer program proposals for Union Hill, West Morgan Middle, West Morgan Elementary, Eva School and Lacey Spring School, and Title I summer stipends for West Morgan Elementary, Eva School and West Morgan Middle.
The board approved a student-data privacy agreement (version 2) with Limewise and a separate version 2 student-data privacy agreement with School Day Inc. It also approved the district—s summer reading programs for kindergarten through third grade and a summer math program for kindergarten through fifth grade, referred to in the meeting as the —summer reading K through 3 and math K through 5 programs.—
Separately, the board approved what the meeting recorded as an —order numbers— related to a franchise package for Morgan County Schools covering 12/1/25 through 11/30/26 for Brewer, Danville and West Morgan (transcript text as presented at the meeting). The board approved personnel recommendations numbered 1 through 26 as written and then voted to adjourn.
