The East Stroudsburg Area School District Property & Facilities Committee tabled consideration of a notice to proceed for a proposed boardroom audio-visual system replacement and asked that Brian Borosh attend the next meeting to explain the technical problems and why district staff recommended hiring an engineer for the work.

A CHA representative said the boardroom matter was being advanced internally by district staff and had not been part of the DCED grant scope. Committee members agreed to delay action so the IT lead could present details and justify whether the work should be done in-house or require an outside engineer.
