County staff also presented a resolution to purchase hot-mix asphalt from four vendors through a state cooperative purchasing program; the procurement was described as exceeding the $77,250 threshold and named Marzane Inc., Lindy Paving, Allied Corporation of North Jackson and Allied Corporation among approved vendors.
A separate resolution approved a reduced payment of $350 to Pitney Bowes to correct a timing issue with a purchase order. Commissioners also approved a resolution changing the location of the Commissioners’ hearing from the regular hearing room to the Goshen Township Administration Building at 14003 West South Range Road, Salem, Ohio for a May 13, 2025, 5:00 p.m. meeting.
