Portable House Committee adopts 2025 meeting schedule

The New Canaan Portable House Committee approved its meeting schedule for the remainder of 2025 at its April meeting after a motion by Jane and a second from Hillary.
The chair read proposed dates, generally the second Monday of each month: May 12, June 9, July 14, Aug. 11, Sept. 8, Oct. 20, Nov. 10 and Dec. 8. The chair noted the Oct. 20 date was shifted because of Columbus Day; one meeting will be held in the boardroom rather than the usual meeting room.
The committee voted by voice. "All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? No," the chair announced, and the chair said the schedule "is adopted and will be submitted." The schedule will be submitted to the chairman and clerk as required.
