The parcel is in the Tenth District and was described in staff materials by the preparing firm, Excel Land Company.
Commissioners heard a brief question from the district member about the width of an internal access road; the applicant clarified it will provide the intended access to the first row of buildings. Commissioner Amanda Berry moved to approve; the motion received a second and passed by voice vote.
The approval is limited to the site plan; building permits, inspections and any applicable operational requirements remain subject to county codes and enforcement.
