Members discussed charging a nominal fee (suggestions ranged around $1–$5) as a crowd-management tool and to offset food costs; comments were exploratory and no fee was immediately implemented. For the Easter social and bingo the committee agreed the facility opens to a registration cap and that staff should create a clear posted policy for check-in and distribution of meal tickets.
A motion to authorize an expenditure of up to $100 for Easter social supplies (eggs, decorations, candy) passed by voice vote. Committee members outlined operational directions: assemble 17 table centerpieces, prepare seven eggs per table, deliver supplies the morning of the event and staff check-in starting at 9:00–9:30 a.m. for a 10:30 start. The committee also asked staff to follow up on volunteers and confirm distribution logistics with Donnie and others who had committed supplies.
