Dr. Lee Culver, managing member of Dover Real Estate Investment Group and president/CEO of Creek Technologies, presented the request. Culver described a self-funded renovation of roughly $2 million to upgrade a 16,000-square-foot building used by Creek Technologies and tenant businesses. He said tenant businesses (Creek Technologies, Criterion Group, IDR Federal and Minuteman Printing) require consolidated, on-site storage because interior storage was removed during renovation.…
