The board also approved change order number 3 for the Well 1 Phase 2 general contract with WHM Plumbing and Heating Contractors Inc., to add trusses required at the gable ends. That change order totaled $2,702.50 and was funded from contract allowance number 5, again with no change to the overall contract price.
Both items were presented by staff and passed on voice votes after motions were made by trustees; the board recorded that funding comes from the specified contract allowances and that the adjustments do not increase the contract totals.
