The Development Review Committee on May 7 reviewed a replat for the Residences at Emerson Park to correct previously recorded drainage locations and to show required easements.
Jean Sanchez, the project manager, said the replat primarily addresses relocating drainage locations that were recorded incorrectly on the earlier plat. Vlad, the city engineer, told the DRC he reviewed the submittal and confirmed the drainage easements were shown. Staff noted only “housekeeping comments” from legal and the city surveyor remain; the applicant was not present at the meeting.
Police, public works, fire and building divisions reported no additional comments. Planning staff said they would forward the remaining legal and survey comments to the applicant for correction. No formal vote or action was taken at the DRC meeting.
