The site plan shows a service drive and loading zone on the north side, a trash enclosure at the northeast corner, and pedestrian access from a 10‑foot trail along Grand Prairie Parkway; a 10‑foot trail will also be constructed along Southeast Tallgrass Lane.
Melissa said stormwater detention will be provided using an existing pond located off‑site to the east; parking and landscaping requirements are being met. Staff recommended approval of the site plan. The council voted Yes (unanimous among members present) to approve the resolution.
