The Tinley Park Board of Trustees on May 6 approved four personnel actions across police, marketing and finance departments.
Jennifer Fudala was appointed police clerk matron, effective May 12, 2025. Meeting materials state she joined police records in February 2023 and has one year in police records plus six years of office experience and more than 13 years in customer service.
Marybeth McHale was promoted to police special project coordinator, effective May 7, 2025. McHale joined the police records division in 1998 and was described as a senior police clerk matron with 27 years of records experience.
Emma Kressel was appointed marketing coordinator, effective May 19, 2025. Kressel joined the marketing department in February in a part‑time graphic design role and holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design; the role was described as growing with Harmony Square initiatives.
Kayla Slowwecky was promoted to staff accountant, effective May 7, 2025. Slowwecky joined the finance department in February as a part‑time support and was described as having worked on budget fund sheets, library financials and accounts payable; she spoke at the meeting to thank the board.
