Conferees agreed to leave the provision open for further negotiation; some suggested combining dashboard and 10(g) requirements or phasing changes to preserve the informational value of the 10(g) reports while piloting a dashboard.
Next steps: conferees will refine the language to ensure the legislature’s information needs are met without imposing unreasonable ongoing workload on AOT.
