KILLEEN, Texas — The Killeen Police Department will enter memoranda of understanding with the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Department of Transportation to connect a new automatic license-plate reader system to state databases, Chief Daniel Lopez told the City Council during the May 6 work session.
