GoPasco unveils 10-year transit plan with two BRT corridors, microtransit and park-and-ride proposals

GoPasco presented its 10‑year Transit Development Plan to the Pasco MPO on May 2025, proposing two bus rapid transit (BRT) corridors, microtransit services, new circulators and infrastructure investments including transfer centers and park-and-ride sites.
James Flaherty of GoPasco introduced the plan and consultant Kayla Houghton said, "this is actually 1 of the first TDP's in the state of Florida that's being completed under this new rule." The study combined public outreach, census and land-use review and projected ridership to set priorities for the next decade.
