The Pennsauken Township Committee adopted its consent agenda including a payroll-services renewal and several contract actions.

The committee approved a resolution to authorize the annual renewal of payroll services with Prime Point LLC for the third renewal period covering 05/01/2025 to 04/30/2026. The consent agenda also included an amendment to a professional-services engineering contract for the 2023 Polk Road Access Improvement (Remington and Vernon Engineers) and awarded forward contracts for 2025 services to AFJ Landscaping Supply and Garden Center, Britain Industries, and Green Guides Recycling Solutions.

The consent package was adopted by roll call. Roll call recorded Committee member Alba (yes), Committee member Martinez (yes), Deputy Mayor Raffae (yes) and Mayor Roberts (yes). The committee then moved on to other business.

No speaker during the meeting asked to remove items from consent for separate discussion. Staff will proceed with contract renewals and amendments according to normal procurement and contracting procedures and will provide required documentation to the clerk for contract files.
