Tatiana Marin, a staff member, told the board that a subcommittee created in February to review design concerns for a new single‑family dwelling at 1401 Santa Teresa should be dissolved while the applicant has not resubmitted materials.
“We are recommending that the subcommittee is dissolved, and it will get moved on to Planning Commission for their review when they resubmit,” Marin said. She described the item as a “receive and file” matter rather than one requiring board action.
Marin said the board does not need to take a vote to dissolve the subcommittee; when an applicant resubmits, the Planning Commission will receive the project for its review. No formal motion, amendment or vote was recorded during the Design Review Board’s meeting.
