City of Boynton Beach; outside counsel would attend. Staff proposed holding the meetings on separate days: Mark Sohn on May 13 and the other case on May 20. "I would suggest we do one at a time, one on the thirteenth and one on the twentieth," the deputy city attorney said; commissioners agreed and asked the city to retain a court reporter for the session on May 13.
The commission approved the schedule. Staff noted that if outside counsel availability changes, they will return to the commission to set alternate dates.
