He also said the request this year includes the Ombudsman, Office of Victims' Rights and Legislative Finance, which had been excluded in prior years.
Wilson told members the cost will be paid from existing capital funds and that the replacement lists and quantities were reviewed by the IT subcommittee, which recommended council approval. No amendments were offered on the floor and the roll call recorded 11 yeas and 0 nays.
The vote authorizes the agency to proceed with ordered replacements but the public record in the meeting did not specify delivery timelines for individual items or a replacement schedule beyond the fiscal-year designation.
