The commission moved and seconded the item and approved it with no recorded opposition. The action will allow mobile homes on the parcel subject to the condition regarding electric fences.
Planning staff said the change aligns with surrounding land use—mobile homes were already present nearby—and noted planning and zoning had recommended approval.
